Once your registration is complete, you need to make an appointment to take part in On-ramp 1. If you have previously been through an On-ramp program or have been CrossFitting for a long time, please let us know during registration.
Suitable clothes for intense physical activity, clean pair of sneakers that have not been worn outside, towel(s) for use during and after your workout.
Anyone of any age can do CrossFit. We have scaling options for our daily workouts: Scale 1 and Scale 2. Once you complete the On-ramp, you can pick the scaling option suited to you with the help of our coaches.
Absolutely no. Completing the on-ramp program we have prepared for you is enough.
We suggest you initially adopt a 1 day on (activity), 1 day off (rest) regimen.
You will increase your muscle mass and burn body fat through our high intensity functional workouts. The biggest advantage to CrossFit is that it gives you a fit and healthy body that increases your quality of life instead of big and bulky muscles.
The best athlete is the one that does not get injured. You are required to complete our On-ramp so that you exercise in a more healthy and correct manner.
You can use our Personal Training service to complete your On-ramp if/when you cannot make it to our On-ramp classes.
If you have previously been through an On-ramp program or have been CrossFitting for a long time, please let us know during registration. You may skip the On-ramp and proceed directly to our WODs once you are cleared by our coaches to do so.
It stands for the workout of the day and is made up of the following: a 10-minute warm-up (average), a 10-minute technical skill or strength part (average), the main workout, core or mobility work, stretching.
